They are seeking a candidate who is well versed in both benefits &amp; payroll, has direct management experience, and is systems savvy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented HR team and play an important role in shaping future offerings.<strong><\/p>\n<p> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop high-performing payroll and benefits teams while partnering with senior leadership to set long-term Total Rewards strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Design, implement, and administer comprehensive benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, and leave of absence plans.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic and operational oversight of enterprise-wide payroll for a large, diverse workforce, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with benefits programs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., FLSA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA), leading audits, reconciliations, and year-end reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize HRIS and payroll platforms, manage vendor and broker relationships, oversee budgets and open enrollment, and drive continuous process improvements.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required<\/li>\n<li>8+ years of benefits &amp; payroll experience with increasing responsibility, including serving in a strategic leadership role<\/li>\n<li>Well-versed in HRIS and payroll software (ADP preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and negotiate offerings, resulting in a cost-effective, high-quality benefits program<\/li>\n<li>People management experience required<\/li>\n<li>Professional services experience strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication &amp;
