This position supports the preparation, review, and distribution of environmental compliance test reports. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a technical business environment. While industry experience is not required, a strong work ethic and the ability to stay focused during business hours are essential. This person will be onsite Monday &#8211; Friday 8AM-5PM. Dress code is Business Casual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Day-to-Day Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Conduct quality review of field test reports for accuracy and completeness<\/li>\n<li>Invoice and distribute test reports (via print or email) using proprietary database<\/li>\n<li>Generate consolidated invoices and collate reports per customer requests and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Upload invoices and reports to customer websites and input invoice details into internal systems<\/li>\n<li>Follow established procedures and timelines to ensure all daily report deadlines are met<\/li>\n<li>Organize paperwork and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel (comfortable with formulas and data entry;
