This role will provide critical insights to senior management to support strategic decision making and ensure the financial health of the organization.<\/p>\n<p> Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.<\/li>\n<li> Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long term strategic planning.<\/li>\n<li> Analyze financial results, identifying trends, variances, and key performance indicators.<\/li>\n<li> Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li> Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business performance and improve financial outcomes.<\/li>\n<li> Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accurate financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li> Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts, implementing corrective actions as needed.<\/li>\n<li> Manage and mentor the FP&amp;A team, providing guidance and support for professional development.<\/li>\n<li> Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.<\/li>\n<li> Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Bachelor&#8217;s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
