This is a newly created role due to evolving operational needs and will focus heavily on proactive collections in a fast\u2011paced, high\u2011volume environment.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>The role will report directly to the Director of Revenue and will work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple practice areas.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the full lifecycle of client collections for U.S.-based matters, with a primary focus on the Northeast and Mid\u2011Atlantic regions<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with billing teams and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances efficiently and professionally<\/li>\n<li>Review, monitor, and analyze aged receivables;
