This role manages payroll tax activities related to employee compensation, including accurate filings, timely submissions, and any necessary adjustments or amendments. The position also supports general ledger reconciliations for both U.S. and international accounts and partners closely with Payroll, HR, Accounting, and external vendors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Manage payroll tax setup and maintenance across systems and vendors, including new jurisdiction registrations and general ledger mapping <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Maintain accurate payroll tax records to support reconciliations and reporting <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Review and validate vendor-prepared tax filings and payments (federal, state, and local), including Forms 941, W-2, and 940 <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Reconcile payroll tax balances and vendor collections <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Partner with Benefits on payroll-related deductions such as state disability and family leave programs <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Support internal and external payroll tax audits and prepare reports for stakeholders and government agencies <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Monitor regulatory changes and ensure systems and processes remain compliant, including periodic audits of Workday <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Partner with Global Mobility and Payroll teams to manage tax requirements for relocating and expatriate employees <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Research and respond to tax agency notices and coordinate tax rate updates <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll tax vendor, OneSource Virtual, managing day-to-day cases and escalations <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Collaborate with HR Operations to resolve employee data discrepancies that may impact tax filings <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Assist with unemployment tax rate updates and related calculations <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Support general ledger reconciliations for U.S. and international accounts <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Respond to employee inquiries related to W-2s, tax withholdings, and year-end reporting <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Provide support to the Payroll team and assist with projects, including mergers and acquisitions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">4-5 years of multi-state payroll experience <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll tax laws and regulations <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Experience with Workday and OneSource Virtual preferred <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
