trusts and estates administration and related Federal transfer tax experience to support their Private Client team in the Naples office. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Assists in the collection, distribution, reporting and transfer of estate assets and prepares inventories and asset schedules from multiple sources of information for estate and trust administrations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares, with attorney or accountant supervision, state and federal fiduciary income tax returns and state and federal estate and gift tax returns.<\/li>\n<li>Drafts and e-files various probate pleadings, trust administration and accounting documents, using excellent written communications English and ensuring that all work product and documents are error-free and client- or filing-ready.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively prioritizes work and proactively monitors filing deadlines and case schedules for the group, ensuring that attorneys are aware of upcoming deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates with attorneys and other team members about the status of estates and other assignments; keeps attorneys informed of the pendency of matters as well as of the status of assigned matters.<\/li>\n<li>Edits and proofreads documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable federal and state law, regulations, and local rules.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively supports attorneys and acts as the liaison between attorney and client throughout the corresponding case.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizes specialized estate and trust administration and tax preparation\/reporting software.<\/li>\n<li>Enters, reviews, and corrects time charges timely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Formal paralegal training from an accredited college or ABA-approved program, preferably a four-year degree program, or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years&#8217;
