This position sits within the CFO organization and partners closely with Finance and Operations to improve visibility, decision\u2011making, and system usage.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s best suited for a BI or analytics professional who enjoys working directly with ERP data, understands operational KPIs, and wants to learn and grow inside a production business environment.<\/p>\n<p>If you like turning raw system data into practical insight-and want exposure, ownership, and a clear growth path-this role offers that opportunity.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>ERP &amp; Data Enablement<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work directly within the ERP system to understand data structures and business processes<\/li>\n<li>Learn how operational and supply\u2011chain data flows through the system and identify opportunities to improve data quality and usability<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal teams to refine how data is captured and reported<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Business Intelligence &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support operational visibility and KPI tracking<\/li>\n<li>Use SQL and BI tools (Power BI or similar) to extract, analyze, and present data<\/li>\n<li>Translate business questions into clear, actionable reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Operational Insight &amp; Analysis<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support operations and supply\u2011chain leaders with analysis tied to performance, efficiency, and trends<\/li>\n<li>Help define and maintain KPIs used across the business<\/li>\n<li>Provide ad\u2011hoc analysis that supports decision\u2011making and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Data Governance &amp;
