This role is ideal for someone with a solid grounding in debits and credits, strong Excel skills, and an interest in expanding into data analysis and modern reporting tools. You&#8217;ll gain exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities, work closely with business partners, and develop skills beyond traditional close work. The environment is supportive, team\u2011oriented, and offers meaningful variety day\u2011to\u2011day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with month\u2011end close and financial reporting activities<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and post journal entries across balance sheet and income statement accounts<\/li>\n<li>Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and support filing of select business tax returns (e.g., sales &amp; use, business privilege, personal property), ensuring accuracy and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Complete balance sheet reconciliations, including prepaid expenses and accruals<\/li>\n<li>Perform financial statement variance analysis and provide explanations<\/li>\n<li>Support forecasting and plan vs. actual analysis<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and analyze profit &amp; loss statements for assigned business units or regions and respond to management inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Assist with internal and external audit requests<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders on ad\u2011hoc analysis and reporting needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of accounting experience<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting (or Business with a strong accounting concentration)<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of core accounting principles (debits &amp;
