This close-knit group handles a sophisticated mix of estate planning and probate matters, offering meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction from day one.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"411\" data-end=\"690\">This is an excellent role for an attorney looking to deepen their practice in a collaborative environment that values both technical expertise and client service. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"716\"><strong data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"716\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"1101\">\n<li data-section-id=\"11huxyp\" data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"835\">Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"183d4jy\" data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"949\">Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies, fiduciary considerations, and tax-efficient planning approaches<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"uefjae\" data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"1101\">Support-and ideally lead-probate and trust administration matters, including court filings, inventories\/accountings, and beneficiary communications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1121\"><strong data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1121\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1244\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1lyhems\" data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1186\">5+ years of Trust &amp;
