In this role, you&#8217;ll guide candidates from offer acceptance through their first day, ensuring a smooth, positive, and well\u2011organized onboarding experience. This is a contract role that will go through September.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout pre\u2011employment and onboarding<\/li>\n<li>Initiate, track, and follow up on screenings via HireRight to ensure timely completion<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate offer acceptance documentation and onboarding paperwork<\/li>\n<li>Partner with HR, Payroll, and Hiring Managers to ensure all onboarding steps are completed before start dates<\/li>\n<li>Communicate start\u2011date details, first\u2011day instructions, and onboarding expectations to new hires<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate weekly new\u2011hire reports in Excel, including start dates, roles, locations, and onboarding status<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data accuracy and alignment between iCIMS and internal tracking reports<\/li>\n<li>Monitor onboarding milestones and escalate delays or issues as needed<\/li>\n<li>Update and manage candidate records within iCIMS<\/li>\n<li>Support interview scheduling and coordination when required<\/li>\n<li>Prepare offer and onboarding documents using Word<\/li>\n<li>Manage communication and calendar coordination through Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Assist with ad\u2011hoc hiring and onboarding reporting requests<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal hiring and onboarding procedures<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and business goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding, or HR support<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience with applicant tracking systems;
