This temporary position is 100% onsite and has an expected duration of a few months, with the potential to convert to permanent. The role pays $20-$21\/hour and follows a 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and site staff<\/li>\n<li>Provide customer service support for move-ins, parking, keys, maintenance requests, and general resident concerns<\/li>\n<li>Answer and direct phone calls and greet visitors to the management office<\/li>\n<li>Handle resident complaints and coordinate follow-up with maintenance and site staff as needed<\/li>\n<li>Support leasing and rental activities, including applications and guest cards<\/li>\n<li>Maintain resident files and records;
