OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – 60K<\/strong><\/p>\n

We’re looking for someone who makes a great first impression with excellent social and interpersonal skills. It is instrumental to keep everything running behind the scenes. As our Office Manager, you will be the face of the firm and a go-to resource for the whole office. You’ll greet visitors, manage calendars, keep supplies stocked, and help with the daily logistics that make the office tick. We’re looking for someone organized, adaptable, and proactive-someone who can multitask, solve problems on the fly, and bring a positive, can do attitude to the team.’<\/p>\n

DUTIES \/ RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>
\u00b7 Manage the reception area, greet guests, answer phones, and oversee the office calendar, and monitor and respond to emails from the company website in a timely manner
\u00b7 Handle daily office logistics, including supplies, deliveries, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
\u00b7 Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, ground, hotel) including all of the logistics for the yearly partner retreat
\u00b7 Manage meeting set ups and food orders for staff and clients
\u00b7 Coordinate Lunch & Learns (continuing ed courses) for architects and interior designers
\u00b7 Support HR functions: recruitment, onboarding\/offboarding, new hire training (Paycor), time-off approvals (Deltek), guide staff with policies and procedures
\u00b7 Lead yearly renewals for medical \/ dental \/ vision benefits
\u00b7 Maintain and update internal documentation, including the office handbook and architectural licenses (Harbor Compliance)
\u00b7 Assist with company events and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist
\u00b7 Reconcile partner credit card statements, log checks, and support the CFO with payroll and monthly reviews
\u00b7 Serve as the liaison with building management for repairs or concerns<\/p>\n

EDUCATION \/ EXPERIENCE<\/strong>
\u00b7 Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
\u00b7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools
\u00b7 Experience with HR\/payroll or accounting systems (e.g., Paycor) is a plus<\/p>\n
