This role is critical to ensuring lease accuracy, compliance, and proper financial obligations across leased and owned properties.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings experience in <strong>commercial leasing, tenant services, or property management<\/strong>, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Position Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time, Contract\u2011to\u2011Perm<br \/> <strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)<br \/> <strong>Target Salary (Perm):<\/strong> $55,000-$57,000<br \/> <strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (30\u2011minute lunch)<br \/> <strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite<br \/> <strong>Assignment Dates:<\/strong> May 11, 2026 &#8211; November 30, 2026<br \/> <strong>Start Date:<\/strong> After interview<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Lease Administration &amp; Document Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and organize all lease, sublease, and property documentation<\/li>\n<li>Abstract and update lease data within internal systems<\/li>\n<li>Review estoppels and SNDA agreements to ensure alignment with lease terms<\/li>\n<li>Manage document storage, scanning, and file retrieval processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Financial Review &amp; Reconciliation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Review landlord invoices against lease terms and verify accuracy of charges<\/li>\n<li>Analyze CAM, insurance, and real estate tax reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Identify discrepancies and manage dispute resolution with landlords<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper financial obligations are met and documented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Tenant &amp; Stakeholder Communication<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate regularly with tenants, landlords, and internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Provide updates on critical dates, obligations, and inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Support property managers with daily tenant and lease-related needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Subtenant &amp; Portfolio Coordination<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage subtenant processes including rent collection and invoice pass-through<\/li>\n<li>Track lease-related obligations and ensure timely follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Support portfolio-level reporting and project tracking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Reporting &amp; Process Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in preparing financial and operational reports<\/li>\n<li>Identify savings opportunities and flag discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Support development and updates of process documentation and playbooks<\/li>\n<li>Assist with special projects and portfolio initiatives as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Systems &amp;
