This role plays a critical part in coordinating lease documentation, tracking transaction progress, and ensuring accuracy across multiple systems and stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings a strong <strong>project management mindset<\/strong>, attention to detail, and experience working with lease data, documentation, and multi\u2011property portfolios. This role requires the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, speed, and organization.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Position Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Part-time to Full-time (30-40 hours\/week)<br \/> <strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $60-$65\/hr<br \/> <strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Core availability between 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (flexible around a 30-40 hour work week)<br \/> <strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Hybrid\/Onsite (Atlanta corporate office)<br \/> <strong>Assignment Length:<\/strong> Through end of year, with strong potential for extension<br \/> <strong>Start Date:<\/strong> ASAP<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Lease &amp; Transaction Coordination<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Extract key lease provisions and critical data points from agreements<\/li>\n<li>Input lease data into internal systems and tracking tools<\/li>\n<li>Support agreement preparation processes across multiple portfolio transactions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate documentation across real estate, lease management, and legal teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Project &amp; Workflow Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and manage multiple real estate transactions simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Maintain visibility into deal pipeline and transaction timelines<\/li>\n<li>Organize high\u2011volume documentation across shared workstreams<\/li>\n<li>Support coordination of multi\u2011property and multi\u2011entity transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Landlord &amp; Document Coordination<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate landlord documentation, including consents and estoppels<\/li>\n<li>Track document status and follow up to ensure timely completion<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment of documentation with transaction timelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Systems &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Update lease management systems and documentation platforms<\/li>\n<li>Maintain structured tracking within Excel and other tools<\/li>\n<li>Support reporting on transaction status and workflow progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Systems &amp;
