This role supports daily front\u2011desk operations, conducts intake, provides resource referrals, and assists with administrative and program support to ensure smooth operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as front\u2011desk receptionist; handle walk\u2011ins and inbound calls<\/li>\n<li>Conduct client intake and assess service\/resource needs<\/li>\n<li>Provide referrals and general program information<\/li>\n<li>Schedule intakes and appointments;
