Associates with a strong desire to litigate cutting edge high stakes matters will join trial-focused teams with strong technical depth and gain exposure to federal courts, ITC matters, Federal Circuit appeals and PTAB proceedings. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>JD + substantive patent litigation experience <\/li>\n<li>PhD in life sciences<\/li>\n<li>Active NY Bar license <\/li>\n<li>USPTO registration or elgibility to sit for the patent bar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong>: $225K &#8211;
