The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial litigation experience, strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.<\/p>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"> <\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Prepare, format, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence in state and federal courts<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Manage electronic court filings (e\u2011filing\/e\u2011service), monitor dockets, and track critical deadlines<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Draft and organize discovery requests and responses, exhibits, and document productions<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Maintain attorney calendars, schedule hearings and litigation events, and provide proactive deadline reminders<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Open, maintain, and organize physical and electronic client and case files<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Assist with trial preparation, including binders, exhibits, witness materials, and filings<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third\u2011party vendors<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Conduct conflict checks and support general administrative tasks such as time entry, billing support, and document management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>Qualifications &amp;
