This is a great chance to step into a high-impact role where you&#8217;ll work closely with leadership and help drive the financial health of the business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including bank and account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and consolidations<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present financial statements and reports to the Board of Directors<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and support a tenured three-person accounts payable team<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and oversee sales tax audits with accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Partner with managers across retail locations to support financial operations and communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-8 years of leadership experience in management and supervisory roles<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of financial reporting, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Great Plains is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This fully on-site position offers a steady schedule with no overtime, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in a business-casual environment.
