This role is ideal for a motivated professional seeking long-term growth in a supportive environment and will work onsite three days per week.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to assigned attorneys in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, while managing multiple priorities and coordinating workflow across support teams.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, revise, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings and e-filings, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, client billing support, matter intake, and other administrative processes to keep assignments moving efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the Practice Support Team by sharing overflow work, maintaining confidentiality, and using team systems to track assignments and support high-quality client service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Position Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of legal assistant experience, with substantial commercial litigation support experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, with accurate typing and document production skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organization, proofreading, communication, confidentiality, and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bGVnYWxjaGkuMjcyMDguMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">L1457343 &#8211;
