The ideal candidate must have three or more years of experience working as a litigation-focused paralegal, preferably in a large law firm setting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Undergraduate degree and\/or an ABA-approved paralegal certificate required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in litigation support and case management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and manage multiple cases, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.<\/li>\n<li>Experience drafting and organizing discovery, both written discovery and document production.<\/li>\n<li>Experience preparing for and assisting at trial.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the Florida State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity or comparable litigation support software.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, organizational and technical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Communicate professionally, productively, and efficiently with clients, contacts, attorneys, other paralegals, and all other professional staff.<\/li>\n<li>Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, performing factual and legal research, reviewing and analyzing documents, and supporting preparations for hearings, depositions, and mediations.<\/li>\n<li>Review, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery.<\/li>\n<li>Research, organize and summarize records, as needed, to assist in data gathering, including organizing of information and documents in databases.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with preparing discovery requests and responses.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in trial preparation, including drafting pre-trial pleadings, preparing exhibits, coordinating witnesses and requests with outside vendors, and live trial support.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Firm offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability, Parental Leave &amp;
