This role focuses on driving process efficiency, system adoption, and continuous improvement across the <strong>Source-to-Pay (S2P)<\/strong> lifecycle, with specialized emphasis on <strong>Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)<\/strong>, <strong>Supplier Risk Evaluation<\/strong>, and <strong>Supplier Onboarding\/Management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings hands-on Coupa experience, strong requirements and process design skills, and the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Requirements Gathering &amp; Process Analysis<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to Coupa enhancements<\/li>\n<li>Analyze current-state (&#8220;As-Is&#8221;) procurement and contracting processes and design optimized future-state (&#8220;To-Be&#8221;) workflows<\/li>\n<li>Translate business needs into clear documentation, including <strong>BRDs, FRDs, and Agile user stories<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Analyze procurement and supplier data flows to identify opportunities for improved adoption, efficiency, and compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Coupa Configuration &amp; IT Partnership<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with IT and technical teams to support configuration across Coupa modules, including <strong>Procurement, CLM, Supplier Management, and Risk Assess<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Configure and maintain backend components such as <strong>approval workflows, custom fields, contract templates, clause libraries, and supplier onboarding forms<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with integration teams to support data synchronization between Coupa and <strong>ERP platforms (SAP and Workday)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Contracting &amp; Supplier Risk Focus<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support optimization of <strong>contract templates and contract approval workflows<\/strong> to improve cycle times<\/li>\n<li>Assist with implementation and ongoing use of <strong>Coupa Risk Management \/ Risk Assess<\/strong> for third-party and supplier risk evaluations<\/li>\n<li>Partner with business and technical teams to support supplier risk controls, compliance checks, and integration with related risk tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Testing &amp; Quality Assurance<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute <strong>User Acceptance Testing (UAT)<\/strong> plans, scenarios, and test scripts<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate UAT activities with business users, track issues and defects, and partner with teams through resolution<\/li>\n<li>Validate solutions against documented requirements prior to go-live<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Change Management &amp;
