The selected individual will have full exposure to different areas of Logistics and Commercial Distribution and will work with other cross-functional team members. We want someone who is driven to connect to our mission of helping these patient communities. The <strong>Contract<\/strong> <strong>Associate<\/strong> <strong>Manager of Supply Chain Logistics and Commercial Distribution <\/strong>will be a key member of our team primarily responsible for supporting commercial distribution shipments into the GCC region; other activities will be assigned as required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with international partners.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Logistics and Commercial Distribution team in a wide variety of time-sensitive and challenging projects including and not limited to:\n<ul>\n<li>Shipments into the GCC region (KSA, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar).<\/li>\n<li>Commercial product launch activities.<\/li>\n<li>Setup and implementation of new process flows.<\/li>\n<li>Execution of international bulk and sample shipments between CMOs and regions.<\/li>\n<li>Customs compliance management.<\/li>\n<li>US Commercial Distribution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and uninterrupted flow of information.<\/li>\n<li>Keep detailed records of assigned activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with QA to ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and other applicable regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain reports and dashboards in Smartsheet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS in Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of hands-on logistics experience in the biopharmaceutical industry moving high value clinical and commercial drugs intended for human use.<\/li>\n<li>US importation and international shipments experience.<\/li>\n<li>Impeccable attention to detail and ability to execute and operate to a high standard.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated track record of successful work across organizational boundaries at all levels to create solutions within a regulated environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with various tools for data management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with continuous improvement methodology preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Cultural Awareness preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience using Smartsheet is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience of working with Middle East partners preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Location:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>Location Specific &#8211; Hybrid<\/strong>: This role requires some work onsite at our Cambridge Headquarters as needed. Hybrid schedules vary but are generally less than 3 days per week onsite. Regular conversations with manager are encouraged to ensure alignment on in-person presence\/expectations.
