{"id":125814,"date":"2026-05-11T15:52:56","date_gmt":"2026-05-11T15:52:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/aa1457547philas_1778514776-temporary-office-administrator-in-philly-up-to-45-hr-philadelphia-pennsylvania\/"},"modified":"2026-05-14T13:49:59","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T13:49:59","slug":"aa1457547philas_1778514776-temporary-office-administrator-in-philly-up-to-45-hr-philadelphia-pennsylvania","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/aa1457547philas_1778514776-temporary-office-administrator-in-philly-up-to-45-hr-philadelphia-pennsylvania\/","title":{"rendered":"Temporary Office Administrator in Philly, Up to 45\/Hr!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/AA1457547PHILAS_1778514776\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Our client, a law firm in <strong>Center City Philadelphia<\/strong>, is seeking a <strong>Temporary Office Administrator<\/strong> to provide full\u2011time, on\u2011site support <strong>now through November.<\/strong> This role will initially work alongside the current Office Administrator through mid\u2011July before taking full ownership of office operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">This position is <strong>onsite<\/strong>, Monday through Friday from <strong>9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Oversee day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced professional environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Act as a point person for administrative and operational matters across the office<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Coordinate basic technology and facilities-related needs with external vendors and service providers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provide support with employee onboarding, administrative processes, and occasional HR-related tasks<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assist in guiding and supporting administrative staff, including workflow coordination and general team support<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Partner with leadership to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Maintain organization and discretion while managing multiple priorities and deadlines<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>About the Job:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Prior experience supporting office operations within a legal or professional services environment required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Previous experience overseeing administrative staff or office workflows<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured office setting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Adaptable and able to shift priorities as business needs evolve<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Comfortable troubleshooting operational or IT-related issues and coordinating with outside vendors when needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">This contracted position is moving quickly, so it is best suited for somsone who isn&#8217;t working and can jump right in! Compensation is up to $45\/hour depending on expeirnce.
