This role is responsible for managing the AP team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting financial reporting and process improvements.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"511\"><strong data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"509\">Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"1258\">\n<li data-section-id=\"ad5la6\" data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"631\">Supervise day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor management<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"yonoxj\" data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"718\">Lead, mentor, and develop accounts payable staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"wt04v6\" data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"788\">Review and approve invoices, expense reports, and payment batches<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"vbz2jb\" data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"871\">Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments in accordance with company policies<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1v0ftg\" data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"943\">Maintain and improve AP processes, workflows, and internal controls<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pgoyl3\" data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1019\">Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"b0qvd0\" data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1099\">Partner with accounting and finance teams during month-end close activities<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1194ky1\" data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1170\">Assist with audits by providing required documentation and support<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"yw8fci\" data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1258\">Monitor compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1281\"><strong data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1279\">Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1711\">\n<li data-section-id=\"vxvtf5\" data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1354\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"sizjw9\" data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1450\">5+ years of accounts payable experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibility<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"k0o82j\" data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1517\">Strong knowledge of AP processes, controls, and best practices<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"105aw4t\" data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1569\">Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"12ik1n7\" data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1641\">Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"12cf93t\" data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1711\">Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1736\"><strong data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1734\">Preferred Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1864\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1u1f8dv\" data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1806\">Experience leading process improvements or system implementations<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1bnxart\" data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"1864\">Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZmluYW5jZXBoaS4wNDExNS4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">T1458224 &#8211;
