This role is ideal for a hands-on people leader who is deeply knowledgeable in ADA accommodations, the interactive process, and complex case management. The manager will oversee a seasoned, close-knit team and play a critical role in ensuring compliant, practical, and employee-centered accommodation decisions in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and supervise a team of <strong>8 direct reports<\/strong>, including Accommodation Coordinators and Accommodation Specialists<\/li>\n<li>Oversee high-volume accommodations casework, with each team member managing a large caseload of active requests<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and oversight on the <strong>ADA interactive process<\/strong>, ensuring consistency, compliance, and sound decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Review and evaluate complex accommodation requests to determine feasibility, appropriateness, and compliance with ADA and related regulations<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with healthcare providers, internal leaders, and supervisors regarding medical documentation and accommodation needs<\/li>\n<li>Manage and monitor open accommodation cases using case management systems, including tracking trends and workflow improvements<\/li>\n<li>Support escalation management, ambiguity, and highly sensitive or complex accommodation situations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure best practices related to pregnancy-related accommodations, PWFA, leave, and disability integration<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced, high-volume environment<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with HR and other internal stakeholders to align accommodation outcomes with legal guidelines and business needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Experience &amp; Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1+ year of people management or supervisory experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong background in <strong>ADA accommodations and the interactive process<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience handling <strong>high-volume, complex accommodations or disability casework<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with:\n<ul>\n<li>ADA accommodations and accommodation case management<\/li>\n<li>Pregnancy-related accommodations and PWFA<\/li>\n<li>Leave of Absence (LOA) and disability programs<\/li>\n<li>Third-party administrators (TPAs) for disability and accommodations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to assess when accommodations are reasonable and compliant<\/li>\n<li>Confidence discussing medical documentation, legal guidelines, and accommodation decisions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a professional email-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage escalations, ambiguity, and sensitive employee situations<\/li>\n<li>Sound judgment and decision-making skills in a regulated environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Systems &amp;
