Matters involve <strong>state and federal litigation, arbitration, and other ADR proceedings<\/strong>, often tied to large\u2011scale commercial and public projects.<\/p>\n<p>The practice offers substantive responsibility, regular interaction with partners, and exposure to all phases of litigation.
