{"id":125912,"date":"2026-05-12T15:01:43","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T15:01:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/f-1290925-jps_1778598103-accounts-payable-manager-blue-bell-pennsylvania\/"},"modified":"2026-05-12T19:47:47","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T19:47:47","slug":"f-1290925-jps_1778598103-accounts-payable-manager-blue-bell-pennsylvania","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/f-1290925-jps_1778598103-accounts-payable-manager-blue-bell-pennsylvania\/","title":{"rendered":"Accounts Payable Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/F-1290925-JPS_1778598103\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Growing company with a great mission is looking to expand its team and bring on an AP Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Essential Job Functions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare batch check runs, wire transfers, or ACH transactions<\/li>\n<li>Sort and distribute incoming mail<\/li>\n<li>Handle all vendor correspondence via phone, email fax and mail<\/li>\n<li>Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and\/or approvals prior to data entry<\/li>\n<li>Process invoices for payment<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve issues associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders<\/li>\n<li>Correspond with plant personnel<\/li>\n<li>Process remittance information for electronic payments<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve discrepancies with payment issues<\/li>\n<li>Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records<\/li>\n<li>File, maintain, and\/or scan AP documents and invoices<\/li>\n<li>1099 Quarterly review and maintenance of invoice postings<\/li>\n<li>Assist with month end closing<\/li>\n<li>Support audits<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as required to support management and department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organization and Prioritization<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines <\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail; accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literacy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and in a team environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with high volume of transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration preferred but not required<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience<\/li>\n<li>Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills &#8211;
