Their accounting team is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day AP operations and help ensure vendors are paid correctly and on time.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"z31dbf\" data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"665\"><strong data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"663\">The Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"864\">This position plays a key role in keeping the A\/P function accurate, timely, and organized. You&#8217;ll work closely with a collaborative accounting team that moves quickly but values doing things right.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"187pcd9\" data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"888\"><strong data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"888\">What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"1394\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1wn9j1r\" data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"974\">Process and code invoices accurately and on time, including ACH and wire payments<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"9ba8b6\" data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1052\">Perform 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, receiving documentation)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"10rgnc9\" data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1128\">Manage vendor accounts, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1rrvi91\" data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1197\">Track approvals and maintain clear, detailed notes for follow-up<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"17tonhd\" data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1270\">Assist with expense reimbursements and general A\/P support as needed<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1oavfq8\" data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1343\">Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"t5xifd\" data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1394\">Help identify and support process improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"hbctz2\" data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1428\"><strong data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1428\">What They&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1714\">\n<li data-section-id=\"qb46fr\" data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1486\">3+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1671ajp\" data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1549\">Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fdo9pd\" data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1593\">Clear, professional communication style<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1mu98gc\" data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1648\">Comfortable using Excel for tracking and reporting<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"mqgxip\" data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1714\">ERP system experience (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.) is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1328vrm\" data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1740\"><strong data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1740\">Work Environment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1741\" data-end=\"1847\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1f5aor9\" data-start=\"1741\" data-end=\"1768\">100% onsite in Renton<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"bjg55l\" data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1847\">Fast-paced, collaborative accounting team with strong tenure and stability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1927\"><strong data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1927\">If this sounds like a fit, we&#8217;d love for you to apply &#8211;
