The team is cohesive and highly collaborative, with a multidisciplinary practice that offers close interaction with shareholders and meaningful involvement in business development and client\u2011facing work. The platform strongly supports career advancement and places a premium on high\u2011quality client service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of corporate and securities law experience at a law firm, with a focus on SEC\u2011registered investment advisers and private investment funds (including private equity, venture capital, real estate funds, and similar vehicles)<\/li>\n<li>Experience advising on regulatory and compliance matters under federal securities laws, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Investment Company Act of 1940, and Securities Act of 1933<\/li>\n<li>Transactional and\/or M&amp;A experience involving investment advisers or private investment funds is preferred (e.g., adviser M&amp;A, continuation vehicles, secondary transactions)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast\u2011paced environment<\/li>\n<li>J.D. with strong academic credentials and admission (or progress toward admission) in New York, or Washington, DC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Platform<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sophisticated, high\u2011level work in a collegial and personalized environment<\/li>\n<li>Early responsibility and client contact, commensurate with experience and readiness<\/li>\n<li>Structured professional development, including training, mentoring, and regular feedback<\/li>\n<li>Competitive compensation and benefits<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid work model with three days in\u2011office and two remote<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive business development training at all associate levels<\/li>\n<li>Clear, transparent path to shareholder status with ongoing mentorship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Base salary range: <strong>$260,000 &#8211;
