This is a full\u2011time, onsite role supporting the Corporate group in a fast\u2011paced, collaborative environment. The position is based in downtown Chicago.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This role operates on a 40\u2011hour work week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30\u2011minute unpaid lunch. The position is primarily onsite, with some limited flexibility to work remotely a few days per month. The Corporate Paralegal will be eligible for overtime as needed. The salary range for this position is $75k-$120k, depending on experience, and includes eligibility for an annual incentive bonus and a separate retention\u2011based bonus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ideal candidate has 3+ years of corporate transactional experience, with strong exposure to entity management and transaction support. This role can flex depending on experience level and is well suited for candidates looking to grow within a corporate legal team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skills required and Job Duties include the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Job Duties<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support corporate organization and entity management matters, including entity formation, maintenance, and dissolution<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain corporate organizational charts and internal entity records<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conduct UCC and lien searches as part of due diligence<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare and facilitate corporate governance documentation such as resolutions, consents, assignments, and certificates<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate signatures and manage execution of corporate documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support internal and external legal teams and business partners across Development, Finance, Tax, and Treasury<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with transaction processes, including preparation of signature packets, coordinating closings, and addressing issues as they arise<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain records for a large portfolio of U.S. and Canadian legal entities<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) requests and related compliance matters<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participate in training initiatives related to legal policies, procedures, and entity management systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support workflow coordination and assist with projects as needed across the Corporate Legal team<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3+ years of corporate transactional experience in a law firm or in\u2011house legal department<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paralegal certificate from an accredited program or equivalent experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong organizational, time\u2011management, and communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solid understanding of corporate legal documentation and procedures<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, SharePoint, and PowerPoint<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
