A national law firm seeks a Contruction Litigation Legal Assistant for their Orlando team.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Scheduling and heavy calendar management<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Proofreading and providing document production services<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Entering attorney time and reviewing attorney bills<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Preparing files for hearings<\/p>\n

\u00b7 E-file pleadings and other documents with the state and\/or federal courts<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Opening files and processing conflict checks<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n

The ideal construction litigation legal assistant will have a minimum of five years of legal assistant experience in a large law firm or corporate setting. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.<\/p>\n
