This position offers $20\/hour, a 37.5-hour workweek (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM &#8211; 4:30 PM), and is hybrid based in Dedham, MA. This role is with a well-established university environment supporting students, families, and campus constituents through a centralized contact center.
