This role is hands\u2011on and field\u2011based, responsible for imaging, staging, deploying, and supporting end\u2011user devices and branch technology in a regulated financial environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail\u2011oriented, and comfortable working independently at multiple locations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>TOP SKILLS:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must be able to hit the ground running (imaging, staging, field deployment)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Hands\u2011on IT support, desktop support, or field technician experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Experience imaging and deploying Windows devices (laptops\/desktops)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Familiarity with Active Directory, basic networking, and endpoint setup<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Field Deployment &amp; Support<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Travel to branch locations to perform scheduled IT deployments and support activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Image, configure, and stage laptops, desktops, peripherals, and other endpoint devices<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Deploy and install end\u2011user equipment including PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, and related hardware<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Perform device swaps, refreshes, and branch\u2011level technology upgrades<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provide basic troubleshooting and break\/fix support for end\u2011user hardware and peripherals<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Imaging &amp; Configuration<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Use standard imaging tools and procedures to deploy operating systems and approved software<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ensure devices meet security, compliance, and configuration standards prior to deployment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Verify connectivity, domain joins, MFA setup, and endpoint security tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Validate that devices are fully functional before handoff to end users<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Documentation &amp; Coordination<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Follow established deployment checklists and processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Document work performed, issues identified, and resolutions in the ticketing system<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Coordinate with central IT, service desk, and project teams before and after deployments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Escalate issues as needed while maintaining clear communication<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Customer Service &amp; Professionalism<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provide white\u2011glove, professional support in a member\u2011facing branch environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Communicate clearly with branch staff while minimizing business disruption<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Represent IT and the organization in a courteous, professional manner at all times<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">1-3+ years of hands\u2011on IT support, desktop support, or field technician experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Experience imaging and deploying Windows devices (laptops\/desktops)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Familiarity with Active Directory, basic networking, and endpoint setup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and peripheral issues<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple site visits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between branch locations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Strong communication and customer service skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Experience supporting financial institutions or regulated environments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Ivanti, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Experience with device refreshes or large\u2011scale deployments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Basic knowledge of security tools (endpoint protection, MFA, device encryption)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Work Environment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Field\u2011based role supporting
