Concord, NC<br \/> <strong>Organization Type:<\/strong> Outpatient surgical \/ endoscopy centers<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Nursing (BSN) required<\/li>\n<li>Active, unencumbered RN license (NC or compact state)<\/li>\n<li>1+ years of clinical nursing experience; at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of hire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Job Duties<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee daily clinical operations across two outpatient endoscopy centers<\/li>\n<li>Supervise, delegate, and support nursing staff; provide coaching, evaluations, and ongoing training<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high-quality patient care through chart review, care plan oversight, and clinical intervention as needed<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and accreditation requirements<\/li>\n<li>Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resolve clinical issues<\/li>\n<li>Support quality improvement initiatives, incident investigations, and patient safety efforts<\/li>\n<li>Manage staffing schedules, inventory, and operational workflows to ensure efficient clinic operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (flexible 8:00 AM &#8211;
