This role supports centralized Talent Acquisition and employee lifecycle processes, partnering closely with HR, recruiting, and business stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>The position is execution\u2011focused and supports established HR processes related to onboarding, interview coordination, employee data maintenance, compliance activities, and HR inquiries.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p><strong>HR &amp; Talent Acquisition Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support employee\u2011facing and new\u2011hire HR processes, including onboarding and interview scheduling<\/li>\n<li>Assist with employment offers, background checks, and termination processing<\/li>\n<li>Respond to HR inquiries through inbox or case management systems, independently resolving issues when possible or escalating as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Data &amp; Systems Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform accurate data entry and transactional updates in HR systems<\/li>\n<li>Proactively audit systems to ensure integrity of candidate and employee data<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee files, records retention, and agreement tracking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process &amp; Project Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in HR initiatives and project work as needed<\/li>\n<li>Follow defined HR procedures while adapting to new or updated processes<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within established frameworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance &amp;
