Position is hybrid, 3-4 days onsite. Tuesday is a core day in office.  8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility for occasional OT as it arises. Temp duration is approximately three months before conversion to perm.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Calendar Management:<\/strong> Complex scheduling across time zones; gatekeeping as appropriate<\/li>\n<li><strong>Travel Coordination:<\/strong> Domestic &amp; international, with itineraries and logistics<\/li>\n<li><strong>Correspondence:<\/strong> Drafting and sending formal communications on behalf of partners<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client Interaction:<\/strong> Work directly with clients professionally and confidentially<\/li>\n<li><strong>Special Projects:<\/strong> Manage partner-led projects as assigned<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration:<\/strong><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with other admins and EAs<\/li>\n<li>Participate in monthly admin team meetings<\/li>\n<li>Provide backup support when colleagues are out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of relevant administrative experience<\/li>\n<li>Degree strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized, proactive, able to anticipate needs<\/li>\n<li>Professional written and verbal communication<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable to different personality types:<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable handling ambiguity and fast-paced consulting environment<\/li>\n<li>Personable, approachable &#8211; team enjoys sociable colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle sensitive information discreetly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pay:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Temp rate in line with 80-100K base depending on experience.
