The ideal candidate is organized, detail\u2011oriented, and comfortable managing a high\u2011volume caseload in a fast\u2011paced litigation environment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support attorneys with all aspects of personal injury litigation, including pre\u2011suit and active litigation matters<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review, and assist with pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Manage case files, calendaring, deadlines, and litigation schedules<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate records requests, including medical records, billing, employment, and expert materials<\/li>\n<li>Assist with case investigation, including summarizing medical records, police reports, and discovery responses<\/li>\n<li>Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, experts, courts, and opposing counsel<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and organize materials for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial<\/li>\n<li>Assist with file organization, document management, and e\u2011filing in state and\/or federal courts<\/li>\n<li>Track case status and support attorneys with settlement preparation and trial preparation as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience as a <strong>litigation paralegal<\/strong>, preferably in <strong>plaintiff personal injury<\/strong> (auto, premises liability, catastrophic injury, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of civil litigation procedures and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, time\u2011management, and multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software<\/li>\n<li>Paralegal certificate or relevant education preferred (but not always required with experience)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>What the Firm Offers<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation based on experience<\/li>\n<li>Benefits package [health, dental, vision, PTO, etc., as applicable]<\/li>\n<li>Supportive, team\u2011oriented environment<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to work on meaningful plaintiff\u2011side cases and directly impact client outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Why This Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal who enjoys <strong>hands\u2011on case involvement<\/strong>, regular client interaction, and working closely with attorneys in a plaintiff\u2011focused practice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bGVnYWxjaGkuMTEyNDkuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">L09323 &#8211;
