This<strong> hybrid position<\/strong> offers <strong>$36-$40\/hour.<\/strong> If you&#8217;d like to learn more about this role or explore other accounting opportunities we recruit for, we encourage you to apply.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead month\u2011end and year\u2011end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and preparation of accurate monthly financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Analyze financial results and budget\u2011to\u2011actual variances, partnering with cross\u2011functional teams during annual budget preparation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, receivables, security deposits, restricted funds, reserves, and escrow accounts<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and respond to reporting\u2011related questions<\/li>\n<li>Review and support work completed by the accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate audits, ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, and manage property onboarding\/offboarding, including bank account setup and closure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp;
