{"id":126062,"date":"2026-05-14T15:32:08","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T15:32:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1452674_1778772728-lead-tms-transportation-management-system-configurator-smyrna-georgia\/"},"modified":"2026-05-14T16:43:55","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T16:43:55","slug":"1452674_1778772728-lead-tms-transportation-management-system-configurator-smyrna-georgia","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1452674_1778772728-lead-tms-transportation-management-system-configurator-smyrna-georgia\/","title":{"rendered":"Lead TMS (Transportation Management System) Configurator"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1452674_1778772728\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Purpose<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This position is responsible for Designing, Configuring, Testing, Implementing and Supporting capabilities for Transportation Management and Supply-Chain management related applications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Minimum Eligibility Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education)<\/li>\n<li>10+ years System configuration &amp; implementation experience required to perform the essential functions of the job with atleast 3+ years of experience in solution designing<\/li>\n<li>Experience with any TMS Supply Chain industry applications with configuration knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in Manhattan Associates TM Active software product is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SQL (mysql\/postgres), JSON, Postman tool<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Excel (vlookup\/xloopup, Marcos)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in any test management and change management software such as qTest (Test Case management tool) and Service Now (Help Desk Software).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Agile development methodology to support Product Manager \/ Product Owner is identifying User Stories, write user stories, backlog refinement, sprint planning etc.<\/li>\n<li>Understand technology limited to the database tables, integration architecture<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, problem solving and data analysis skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of customer service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Essential Functions<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>The individual who fills this position should have solid TMS knowledge. The required skills\/experience includes:<\/li>\n<li>Customer focused approach to ensure application availability for day-to-day business operations<\/li>\n<li>Identifies risks and issues and escalates as necessary. Research and document recommendations or solutions for upgrades, improvements, issue resolution to ensure a stable, available and protected technical infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Understand system integrations and performing system configurations and testing based on end-to-end system data flow and functional flows.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with end users to define business requirements for new projects as well as supporting existing processes.<\/li>\n<li>Validate that the application requirements meet overall business process needs, are within the project scope, and are internally consistent.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create high-level and low-level design to help the team build the solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboratively work with team and lead the projects<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects and tasks across different business units.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze data and solve new and existing business issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Minimum Eligibility Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education)<\/li>\n<li>10+ years System configuration &amp;
