This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contract terms while supporting overall accounts receivable operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to effectively manage competing priorities.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Billing &amp; Invoicing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and issue invoices accurately and within required timelines<\/li>\n<li>Review agreements and billing terms to ensure proper invoicing<\/li>\n<li>Track billable hours, expenses, and supporting documentation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain complete and accurate billing records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Account Reconciliation &amp; Issue Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research and resolve billing discrepancies or variances<\/li>\n<li>Respond to internal and external inquiries related to billing<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data integrity across billing systems and records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with operations, project teams, and accounting to validate billing information<\/li>\n<li>Gather and verify data needed for accurate invoice generation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve billing issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with data cleanup, system updates, and process improvements<\/li>\n<li>Support reporting and ad hoc analysis related to billing activity<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to initiatives focused on improving accuracy and efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications &amp;
