This role is responsible for overseeing lease administration and recovery accounting functions for a commercial real estate portfolio, with a strong focus on CAM and tax recoveries, tenant reconciliations, and team oversight. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in retail lease accounting and operational management.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"743\"><strong data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"741\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"744\" data-end=\"1704\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1vkb1c5\" data-start=\"744\" data-end=\"859\">Oversee lease accounting and administration activities, including CAM, tax, and other recovery reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pox121\" data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"996\">Review and approve tenant account adjustments, reconciliations, refunds, and billing transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ttzv8n\" data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1098\">Manage quarterly tax accruals and support CAM analysis from a billing and collection perspective.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1xq68kv\" data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1245\">Lead and oversee Lease Administrators and third-party partners, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and key performance indicators are met.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"b8d2s0\" data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1341\">Provide guidance regarding lease interpretation, recoveries, and billing-related inquiries.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"13e5w5\" data-start=\"1342\" data-end=\"1428\">Coordinate tenant CAM audit activities and support related reporting and analysis.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"432u20\" data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1507\">Develop and implement process improvements and operational best practices.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ocowkb\" data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1633\">Collaborate closely with accounting, finance, legal, collections, and property operations teams on lease-related matters.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"gpcwr8\" data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1704\">Prepare internal reporting and support special projects as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1726\"><strong data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1724\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"2595\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1nmlj0f\" data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1800\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1743s7z\" data-start=\"1801\" data-end=\"1944\">Commercial real estate lease accounting or lease administration experience required, including CAM and tax recovery experience.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1qwi8u9\" data-start=\"1945\" data-end=\"2085\">Management or team oversight experience required, including reviewing work and conducting performance management activities.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"17mub7e\" data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2141\">Strong retail lease accounting experience required.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"b2guth\" data-start=\"2142\" data-end=\"2227\">Experience with property management systems such as JDE, Yardi, or MRI preferred.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"8m7hmi\" data-start=\"2228\" data-end=\"2316\">Strong lease interpretation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1cmul1q\" data-start=\"2317\" data-end=\"2368\">Intermediate Excel skills required.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1cw7uzu\" data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2479\">Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ane0l2\" data-start=\"2480\" data-end=\"2595\">Highly detail-oriented with
