The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of key data across systems. This individual will play an essential role in supporting operational efficiency by maintaining high-quality records and identifying discrepancies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems and databases<\/li>\n<li>Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency<\/li>\n<li>Compile, sort, and organize information for data entry purposes<\/li>\n<li>Perform routine data quality checks and resolve discrepancies or errors<\/li>\n<li>Maintain electronic files and records in an organized, accessible manner<\/li>\n<li>Generate reports and extract data as requested by internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Assist with data cleansing and migration projects<\/li>\n<li>Follow established data entry procedures and organizational standards<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with internal teams to clarify missing or incomplete information<\/li>\n<li>Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion<\/li>\n<li>Support administrative tasks related to data management and recordkeeping<\/li>\n<li>Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy benchmarks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required;
