This role supports financial operations by verifying, reconciling, and recording accounts payable transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"626\">Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"702\">\n<p data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"702\">Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents (3-way match)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"759\">\n<p data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"759\">Verify proper approvals and GL coding before payment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"818\">\n<p data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"818\">Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire payments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"876\">\n<p data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"876\">Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"950\">\n<p data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"950\">Maintain vendor records and ensure data accuracy in accounting system<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1028\">\n<p data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"1028\">Assist with month-end close (accruals, AP aging reports, reconciliations)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1096\">\n<p data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1096\">Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1159\">\n<p data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1159\">Maintain organized and accurate AP files and documentation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1225\">\n<p data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1225\">Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1281\">\n<p data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1281\">Support audits by providing requested documentation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1286\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1308\">Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1739\">\n<li data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1399\">\n<p data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1399\">Associate&#8217;s or Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1444\">\n<p data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1444\">1-3 years of accounts payable experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1496\">\n<p data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1496\">Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1574\">\n<p data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1574\">Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1609\">\n<p data-start=\"1577\" data-end=\"1609\">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1651\">\n<p
