This role focuses on generating accurate invoices, maintaining billing data, and ensuring client bills are processed smoothly and on time. The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of billing adjacent experience and is comfortable working behind the scenes.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Boston, MA<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: Hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Preferred<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include processing and generating client invoices and proformas; reviewing time and expense entries for accuracy and completeness; maintaining matter and billing information within accounting systems; coordinating with attorneys and administrative staff to resolve billing questions; supporting electronic billing setup and compliance with client guidelines; monitoring accounts receivable for assigned matters; preparing billing and financial reports as requested; and assisting with related administrative or billing tasks as needed.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses at least 1 year of experience in an office environment with exposure to billing or invoicing; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities; a calm, even\u2011keeled approach when working with multiple stakeholders;
