This individual will partner closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and operational leadership to drive product enhancements, workflow improvements, and strategic initiatives across multiple platforms.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"699\">This role is focused on true Product Ownership -not just requirements gathering. The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically, prioritize effectively, communicate confidently across teams, and independently drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"725\"><strong data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"725\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"1570\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1hah5yh\" data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"827\">Own and prioritize product backlogs, features, and enhancement requests across multiple initiatives<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"k0u94f\" data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"933\">Partner with stakeholders, developers, and analysts to define product direction and business priorities<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"swtj0h\" data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1066\">Lead feature ownership from concept through delivery while balancing business value, user experience, and technical considerations<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1oa5474\" data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1159\">Drive workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives across operational systems<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1kjyfi7\" data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1264\">Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"x5c2bq\" data-start=\"1265\" data-end=\"1349\">Analyze user workflows, identify friction points, and recommend scalable solutions<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1s3i5qx\" data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1465\">Support decision-making related to integrations, downstream operational impacts, and future platform enhancements<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"cfvduv\" data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1570\">Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1590\"><strong data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1590\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"2420\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1ar8wn1\" data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1706\">3+ years of experience specifically in a <strong>Product Owner role required<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ar8wn1\" data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1706\"><strong>Willing to go onsite up to 4 days. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1x532fh\" data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1800\">Strong experience owning product backlogs, feature prioritization, and delivery initiatives<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ovg8om\" data-start=\"1801\" data-end=\"1920\">Experience working directly with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to drive product strategy and execution<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1mmcxjk\" data-start=\"1921\" data-end=\"1992\">Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1y8bt2f\" data-start=\"1993\" data-end=\"2045\">Experience working within Agile\/Scrum environments<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"jug2yl\" data-start=\"2046\" data-end=\"2132\">Ability to think strategically while remaining execution-focused and detail-oriented<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"iz7pj9\" data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2224\">Comfortable operating independently with minimal handholding in a fast-moving environment<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pemrdk\" data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2342\">Experience with enterprise applications, workflow tools, ERP systems, configurators, or quoting platforms is a plus<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"r8dr47\" data-start=\"2343\" data-end=\"2420\">Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools
