This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting where production processes are being built and refined.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">You will be deeply involved in the day-to-day flow of inventory and manufacturing transactions, ensuring financial accuracy in a high-volume environment while helping establish the foundation for more efficient, scalable accounting operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Cost Accounting &amp; Month-End Close<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"11\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Responsible for general cost accounting transactions and activity.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support the month-end close, ensuring accurate inventory reconciliations and manufacturing-related accruals.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,2,0\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Conduct gross margin analysis and provide key insights into cost drivers and fluctuations to company leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,3,0\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Perform comprehensive flux analysis across inventory, COGS, and overall production activity.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Inventory Management &amp; Production Control<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"13\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Review and validate Bills of Materials to ensure accurate and reliable product costing.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Operate as a trusted partner with key personnel &#8211;
