This role supports front-of-house operations, coordinates meeting and event setups, manages space bookings, and collaborates with facilities teams to maintain a professional and organized environment.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1298\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"v0lhas\" data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1330\">Day-to-Day Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1imwl5q\" data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1364\">Client and Guest Interaction<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1621\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1hbxfgt\" data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1465\">Welcome and assist internal and external visitors while providing professional customer service.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wxo1bj\" data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1555\">Respond to incoming questions and direct visitors to the appropriate teams or spaces.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"lchkbe\" data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1621\">Act as a primary point of contact for front-of-house inquiries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1dtnhxu\" data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1658\">Customer Service and Operations<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1978\">\n<li data-section-id=\"150lo2d\" data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1744\">Manage front-of-house services and maintain a professional reception environment.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1d35hde\" data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"1835\">Coordinate meeting and event space setups including furniture, signage, and equipment.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"s4fjrm\" data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1924\">Maintain accurate records of room reservations, event calendars, and space bookings.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"q35ee6\" data-start=\"1925\" data-end=\"1978\">Support facilities and operational tasks as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"xe39l7\" data-start=\"1980\" data-end=\"2012\">Security and Risk Management<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2013\" data-end=\"2182\">\n<li data-section-id=\"fdg4j8\" data-start=\"2013\" data-end=\"2099\">Ensure visitor interactions follow building procedures and operational guidelines.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"apakpl\" data-start=\"2100\" data-end=\"2182\">Monitor shared spaces and escalate any concerns related to safety or operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2187\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"fmupln\" data-start=\"2189\" data-end=\"2209\">Candidate Profile<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2883\">\n<li data-section-id=\"15jzcgs\" data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2250\">High school diploma or GED required.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"3bvxhu\" data-start=\"2251\" data-end=\"2350\">2+ years of hospitality, reception, concierge, or related customer-facing experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1fgniqm\" data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2466\">Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact with professionals at all levels.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"xqoqee\" data-start=\"2467\" data-end=\"2596\">Comfortable assisting with event setups and light furniture movement (up to 25 lbs;
