This role will support clients, internal stakeholders, and staff with communications, administrative support, and more. The ideal candidate is able to provide an excellent, positive customer service experience while maintaining professionalism.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in a legal or professional environment (but not required).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.<\/li>\n<li>Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle a variety of tasks, from routine administrative work to more urgent needs as deadlines approach.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a calm demeanor during hectic times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">About the Job:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet and liaise with clients, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and gather necessary information before transferring calls to the appropriate attorney or department.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in handling mail, faxes, and letters, ensuring efficient processing and timely delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Provide clerical support, including filing and office organization, during downtime or as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a smooth reception area, providing a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Be prepared to handle busy moments during deadlines and peak hours, while maintaining a calm and organized demeanor.<\/li>\n<li>Handle client and guest inquiries with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"68\" data-end=\"286\">The role requires someone who can effectively manage both quieter periods and busy, deadline-driven times. This position pays up to <strong>$19 per hour<\/strong> while under contract and offers a <strong>salary of $40,000 per year<\/strong> upon hire.
