The ideal candidate is upbeat, proactive, and excited to be the face of the office. This role is highly interactive and hands-on, requiring someone who enjoys being on their feet throughout the day, greeting guests, maintaining conference rooms, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. The role will be 5 days on-site and hours will be from 8am-5pm. Compensation is up to 70K. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1581\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"2493\">\n<li data-section-id=\"l5iksc\" data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1704\">Serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors entering the office<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"s6b0ap\" data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1795\">Coordinate visitor check-ins with building security and escort guests to meeting rooms<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2yjx18\" data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1862\">Manage conference room scheduling and meeting room preparation<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2ub89b\" data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"1968\">Assist with food and beverage setup for meetings, including coffee, tea, breakfast, and lunch service<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ngny73\" data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"2052\">Restock office pantry, snacks, coffee stations, and supplies throughout the day<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"izm9kr\" data-start=\"2053\" data-end=\"2137\">Monitor office appearance and proactively maintain clean, organized common areas<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"k9xro5\" data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2223\">Respond to emails and administrative requests in a timely and professional manner<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7k7jdc\" data-start=\"2224\" data-end=\"2318\">Answer and direct incoming phone calls (light phone volume;
