Exective Assistant <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

This role provides high-level executive support to senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage complex calendars, coordinate extensive travel, and handle expense reporting (via Concur) with accuracy and efficiency.<\/p>\n

The individual will serve as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of meetings and executive priorities. In addition to executive support, the role includes assisting with office operations, administrative functions, and maintaining organized workflows.<\/p>\n

Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and operate with a high level of professionalism and independence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Standard Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm<\/p>\n

5+ years of Executive Assistant experience <\/p>\n
